Starting in September 2007, The Association for Strategic Planning - Phoenix Metro Chapter has been hosting periodic speaker events, strategy calls, and social mixers. Both our speaker meetings and our strategy conference calls will feature prominent corporate executives, consulting professionals, and strategic planning thought leaders who will speak on a variety of strategy-related topics. Our social mixers are intended to create opportunities for members and non-members to interact with strategic planning leaders and like- minded professionals.
The Phoenix Metro Chapter of ASP is dedicated to advancing the profession of Strategic Planning consistently promoting strategic thinking, planning, implementation, and modeling. Our commitment to our organization and the professionals who fill our ranks is supported by our focus on continual learning and sharing what we have learned and applied. This sharing will reach those who comprise the business community throughout the greater Phoenix Metro area and Arizona, as well as our colleagues in other respected business disciplines, professionals in the non-profit sector, faculty members from colleges and universities across Arizona, and interested students who will soon join our professional ranks. The Phoenix Metro Chapter will enable organizations, their leadership and associates to succeed through improved strategic thinking, planning, and action. We will: - Provide a forum for experts to communicate cutting edge practices in applied strategic planning.
- Be a resource of strategic planning expertise throughout the greater Phoenix Metro area, for all public and private interests.
- Be a source of professional development for practitioners in the field of strategy.
Our Value Proposition A strategic planning reference is desperately needed in the greater Phoenix area. The ASP Phoenix Metro Chapter will fulfill this need by providing resources for entrepreneurs, small business owners, corporations, and academia to develop, foster and implement strategic thinking in their organizations.
