About the Topic
The topic for the ASP Roundtable in May will be ‘The Three Laws of Performance’, based on the book by Steve Zaffron and Dave Logan of the Vanto Group. ASP’s May ‘09 Roundtable facilitator, Ms. Jean Lloyd, will provide an overview of the book’s central theme – rewriting the future of your business and your life.
Ms. Lloyd joined the Vanto Group’s global team in 2005. Her work with Lonmin, PLC led to major culture, cost, and productivity breakthroughs that have been featured in the Wall Street Journal and are highlighted in the USA Today bestseller ‘The Three Laws of Performance’. Ms. Lloyd will provide an overview of the concept; therefore, it will not be necessary for participants to have read the book before attending. ‘The Three Laws of Performance’ is not about change management. It is about rewriting the future, solving problems, and achieving breakthrough performance. When the Three Laws are applied to situations, performance transforms to a level far beyond what most people think is possible.
