About the Topic
Has your organization failed to achieve buy-in for its strategic plan from the people who are actually responsible for carrying it out? Studies show that up to 90% of strategic plans fail due to poor execution. But, what if your strategic plan was put into motion by a team of highly motivated and committed associates empowered to get results? Companies are realizing that to achieve their strategic objectives, they must develop a team of highly motivated and engaged associates who are both committed to the organization's vision and performing at high levels. Please join us on August 14th for an interactive round table that will introduce a breakthrough process to gain the organizational alignment and commitment that is critical for successful strategy execution. Learn how other companies are utilizing this process and engage in an interactive case study using the DrawSuccess team transformation methodology.
