About the Topic
For people who need to get their strategy executed quickly, accurately, and without any rework after implementation, this workshop will provide the basics required to address the fundamental risks to leading change.
Participants will be provided with the concepts and will have time to work through their own specific initiative. They will leave with an action plan to apply immediately.
This is a hands-on, action-oriented workshop focused only on the areas of highest risk to successfully executing a strategy or change in an organization. Participants are encouraged to bring their strategic plan or change that they are executing.

Janice Darling has been helping business leaders push complex changes through their organizations for over 20 years. Her expertise is helping leaders push through discomfort and resistance to prepare the organization to succeed in executing and sustaining the changes. Before founding springboard, Janice was a Vice President at Conner Partners focusing on strategy execution. Prior to that, she was a Senior Manager with Deloitte, where she served as a leader in their Change, Leadership, and Learning service area. She established Deloitte's Change Leadership practice in Southeast Asia and has deep global experience.
Springboard focuses on the behavior shifts required to execute strategy successfully.
Paige Riley
Consultant, springboard
Paige Riley has 15 years of experience working with business leaders to drive new organization behaviors, adopt new processes and technology, and manage complex business transformation. She has worked closely with global clients in the US, Mexico, Canada, UK, China and Japan to develop and localize change programs to meet the demands of local culture and business practice.
Prior to joining springboard, Paige was a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting serving the firms largest and most complex global clients. She was responsible for leading technology adoption, organization alignment, program communications, executive sponsorship, learning programs, and overall program management. She has deep expertise in change initiatives related to business process and technology redesign.
