When Michael Porter wrote “What is Strategy?” (Harvard Business Review 1996) more than 13 years ago, a tool emerged and has become a cornerstone for many companies in their planning process. Free parking is available in the parking deck right beside the branch. ASP attendees should not park in the parking spaces next to the branch, as these are reserved for branch customers.Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy:

Since joining SCANA Corporation over 3.5 years ago, Susan Crosby has played an integral role in evolving the planning process from a one year to a multi-year perspective. Related improvements included automating and streamlining the strategic planning process in addition to ensuring all employees have access to planning information and tools. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, with one business administration degree in marketing and a second degree in management information systems, Susan also possesses a certificate of process management from the University of North Carolina, as well as certification by the International Association of Facilitators. Her ongoing education has included course work in process mapping and analysis, project management, balanced scorecard, risk management, cost benefit analysis and critical thinking, to name a few. She is actively involved in community theater, various philanthropic groups, and is director of her church choir.
